No Refund Policy
All ticket sales for the 50 Shades of Pink Gala are final. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
By purchasing a ticket to the 50 Shades of Pink Gala, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to The Charlene Tarplin Foundation and ensures we can deliver the exceptional evening planned for October 17, 2025.
Why No Refunds?
As a charitable fundraising event, the 50 Shades of Pink Gala operates with fixed costs including:
Venue commitments and catering guarantees
Entertainment and speaker arrangements
Event production and staffing costs
Direct donations to The Charlene Tarplin Foundation
Support services for breast cancer survivors in our community
These commitments are made in advance based on ticket sales, making refunds financially unfeasible.
Ticket Transfer Policy
While we cannot offer refunds, we do allow ticket transfers:
Transferring Your Ticket
Tickets may be transferred to another person at any time before the event
No fee for ticket transfers
Original purchaser must notify us of the transfer
All event benefits transfer with the ticket

Special Circumstances/Medical Emergencies

Event Cancellation
If the 50 Shades of Pink Gala is cancelled due to circumstances completely beyond our control (such as natural disasters or government mandates):
We will make every effort to reschedule the event
If rescheduling is not possible, ticket purchases may be converted to tax-deductible donations to The Charlene Tarplin Foundation. No cash refunds will be provided.
